02. Payment Schedule

The above schedule is a proposed standard and must be confirmed in the written quotation before publication as a binding policy. Visa, permit and government-fee payment requirements will be communicated during booking.
Where payment becomes overdue, a written reminder may be issued. Any booking cancellation due to non-payment will follow the agreed booking terms and applicable law.
03. Accepted Payment Methods
- Bank transfer: International transfers may be made using the verified account details provided on the official invoice.
- Credit or debit card: Card payments may be processed through an authorised payment provider. Any applicable transaction fee must be disclosed before payment.
- Local payment: Cash or other local payment methods may be accepted when confirmed in writing by the company.
A payment receipt will be issued for received funds. Bank transfer confirmations should include the booking reference.

04. Cancellation by the Traveller
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email. The applicable cancellation date and charges will be determined under the confirmed booking agreement.

These percentages are proposed terms, not verified company-approved charges. Final charges must be disclosed and agreed before booking.
Government fees, visa fees, airline tickets, supplier charges and other non-refundable costs may be subject to separate terms and official refund rules.
05. Unused or Shortened Services
Refund eligibility for unused accommodation, activities, meals or transport depends on the supplier terms and the circumstances. Any amounts recovered from suppliers will be assessed for refund, subject to the booking agreement and applicable law.
06. Exceptional Events and Operator Cancellation
Natural disasters, severe weather, government restrictions, public emergencies and other events beyond reasonable control may affect travel arrangements. Available rescheduling, alternative services and refund options will be communicated in writing.
If Event Expedition Travel cancels a confirmed booking for reasons within its control, the applicable refund or alternative arrangements will be handled according to the booking agreement and applicable law.
07. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will normally be processed within the period specified in the booking agreement, subject to payment-provider and supplier processing times. Refunds will generally be returned through the original payment method where possible.
Currency conversion differences and third-party charges may apply only where permitted by law and disclosed as applicable.
08. Group and Event Bookings
Corporate travel, private events and group bookings may have different deposit requirements, payment deadlines and cancellation conditions because of venue or supplier commitments. All special terms must be included in the written quotation and accepted before payment.
Payment and Refund Enquiries
Include the booking reference and payment date when contacting the office. Never send full payment-card details by email.
